Rodeo Drive Holiday Lighting Celebration
The Rodeo Drive Holiday Lighting Celebration is the city’s annual kickoff to the holiday season. However, this year’s lighting celebration is less well-known than in years past.
Santa Monica Place’s annual holiday cruise
This holiday season, Santa Monica Place will be brimming with festive festivities. On November 28, the Santa Monica Place snow globe will be lit and Santa Claus will greet the kids on the Santa Monica Pier. On December 5 and 6, the Third Street Promenade will be lit with Menorah lightings. There will also be performances by the Santa Monica Beach Belles inside a 14-foot larger-than-life snow globe. And, during select performances, the Westside Ballet will perform “The Nutcracker.” Also, the annual Santa Monica holiday pub crawl will raise money for the Westside Food Bank.

During the Christmas holiday season, you and your family can enjoy strolling through the lighted Christmas lands while sipping hot chocolate. There are even opportunities to take a picture of the illuminated night sky.
