These two missions (their may be more) were built to serve the Hispanic population in the 1940s East San Fernando Valley. Largely forgotten now, I decided to document them as part of our Spanish and Valley History.
In the attachment is a history of Santa Susana Mission from St. Charles Borromeo Parish History. When I contacted Our Lady of Holy Rosary about Our Lady of Zapopan Mission I ended up knowing more than they did.
Primary location is 5453 Satsuma, Secondary location is 7824 Lankershim. These two belong together.
